Their new facility is the former home of a light industrial business. The project includes a complete demolition and build back of the interior of the existing building. The 60,000 square-foot facility houses eight offices, four bay areas for all district vehicle repairs and general maintenance and a large warehouse that helps with storage.
The training portion of the facility includes multiple classrooms, an auditorium training room and conference rooms.
The new facility gives the district the opportunity to increase its available training courses, including EMT and paramedic training, to both fire personnel and the outside community.
