Project Case Study
Spanning 111,500 square feet, the project consists of three areas: a server room comprised of IT servers, computer equipment, UPS services; TSO area for open office space, enclosed offices and conference rooms; and ESD – Enterprise Service Desk, a 24-hour national hub for coordinating IT and operations.
The team performed extensive demolition following build back of walls, flooring and doors. The tenant enjoys a new computer room equipment package, a new chiller and CRAC unit. The team completed some additional work to the lighting, casework and fire protection.
