Project Case Study
The new facility includes 7,000 SF of office space and 16,000 SF of warehouse and garage. The warehouse will allow for material storage and the garage will provide space for vehicle and mower maintenance. New infrastructure on the 70-acre site also includes roads and utilities.
Our team worked with the local fire stations, police stations and public works officials to ensure the new facility best fits the needs of the future tenants who will be using the facility.
