AI-Ready Infrastructure

The project transforms an existing asset into a high-density computing environment through the integration of advanced electrical, mechanical, cooling and controls infrastructure required for emerging AI workloads.

Working within an existing facility, the team is executing selective demolition, interior reconstruction and infrastructure upgrades to support increased power, cooling and performance requirements. The project includes enhancements to electrical distribution systems, mechanical cooling capacity, building automation controls, network and telecommunications infrastructure and security systems, as well as targeted structural modifications to accommodate new technology deployments. Mission critical redundancy and resiliency improvements help position the facility for reliable long-term performance.

Operational Readiness

By integrating new power, cooling and technology infrastructure within an active environment, the project maximizes the value of the owner’s existing asset while supporting an accelerated deployment schedule. Extensive testing, commissioning and startup planning are helping deliver an operationally ready facility designed to support today’s AI workloads and scale for future growth.
