Project Case Study
The project included renovation of an existing structure to include re-paving the parking lot and installing a new exterior ATM pad and canopy cover. The ATM structure is very detailed with the canopy and displays the clients company colors.
Additionally, the McCownGordon team updated electrical and mechanical systems, restrooms, offices and meeting rooms while also installing new exterior windows and all new finishes. Challenges during construction included a very fast paced schedule. Due to McCownGordon’s self-perform team, the project was completed within the original five month schedule. The extra manpower and overtime allowed for the building to open for business on the proposed completion date.
