Rendering of study space inside Kansas City Kansas Community College's Downtown Campus.

The project brings KCKCC back to the heart of downtown, just blocks from where the college began a century ago. The new 100,000 square-foot facility will provide access to educational programs, health services, financial literacy and more. The building includes four floors with the CACU occupying space on the first floor and the fourth floor dedicated to Swope Health. Remaining space on the first, second and third floors will be dedicated educational classrooms and labs, offices and public meeting spaces for KCKCC. Founders expect the center will become a national model for achieving collective impact.
