The facility combines the latest in meat production design with the best packaging and material handling systems. This facility includes raw material storage, track and trace, wet and dry processing, palletizing, and finish product handling systems. It also features cold storage (freezer -10F and blast freezer -45F) and equipment for cutting/packaging beef.
