The new building features a single car drive-thru, modernized office space, balcony, new parking lot and presentation room. This branch offers customers an enjoyable experience with convenient access for their banking needs.

Located in the heart of the historical Kansas City Crossroads Arts District, the new building was being constructed on a tight site in a busy urban neighborhood. McCownGordon successfully managed the extensive logistical challenges to minimize disruption and ensure the safety of pedestrian traffic.

McCownGordon led an extensive value engineering process to reduce costs while maintaining the owner’s design intent. Our team identified and presented multiple cost options to reduce the budget and the client elected to proceed with all of the options.

An essential feature for BOK Financial is to establish environmentally conscious components and incorporate sustainable practices. McCownGordon accommodated BOK’s goals in these efforts through the installation of solar panels on the roof to capture and conserve energy use.
