The team completed the project in four phases to give the former tenant a phased move-out approach. The newly renovated building features offices, conference rooms, collaborative spaces, break rooms and a yoga studio with locker rooms.

High-end finishes such as custom flooring, wool carpet, wall coverings and chandeliers showcase the space. With an aggressive schedule, the team managed the critical path with seamless coordination.
