Holy Family Catholic Church turned to McCownGordon for their extensive renovation and expansion. The team expanded the current sanctuary and completed renovations to the existing narthex/gathering area and an addition to the existing parish hall to add classrooms, meeting and storage space.

The McCownGordon team worked closely with the owner and SFS Architecture in the preconstruction phase to validate budget, offer cost-saving solutions and material alternates and to develop a complex phasing plan that worked for the staff and parish to maintain church operations.

During construction, the team maximized safety and minimized disruptions to the occupied church.
