Project Case Study
The project included complete demolition of the existing office space in the basement and on the first floor. New walls, flooring, ceilings and casework were furnished throughout. The McCownGordon team also added a new operable partition in order to divide a large open meeting area. In addition, the team patched existing terrazzo flooring, unique tile floor and sheetrock ceiling patterns.
The most unique feature of this project is that the center core of offices are arranged so that when you’re looking down from above, they make the shape of the state of Kansas.
