The exterior enclosure features white cement precast concrete panels with inlaid Indiana limestone and applied limestone facade. The interior includes a cloud ceiling, crown molding, wood paneling and millwork, high-end floor and wall coverings, some of which were imported, and high-end display casework.

The Meierotto building is the first building built in the extensive North Kansas City Armour Road Redevelopment Project District.
