McCownGordon was selected as the construction manager for the Saint Luke’s Blue Springs Multispecialty Clinic through a qualifications-based selection process. The project was completed in collaboration with Hoefer Welker Architects.

Bringing specialty practices under one roof

The two-story building is located on eight acres of developed land and includes a variety of medical services including laboratories, MRI, CT, X-ray, ultrasound, mammography and other outpatient clinics including orthopedics, cardiology and primary care. This clinic is the prototype for multiple similar future clinics for Saint Luke’s.

The facility is certified LEED Silver and includes LED light fixtures, construction waste management, regional materials and sustainable commissioning of the building systems.
