Located centrally on campus and accessible via trails, sidewalks or parking garage, the facility is designed and built to achieve LEED Platinum. The lecture-style auditorium features 1,500 retractable seats, and a balcony to bring the audience closer to the speaker. Auditorium support spaces include maintenance shops, dressing rooms and storage all adjacent to the auditorium. The conference center has a seating capacity of 1,800 and can be divided into six breakout areas using ceiling-mounted retractable partitions.

The facility also features multiple training and development rooms, the newly built WMTV TV studio, the WM radio broadcasting studio, and various support areas. Additionally, a large amphitheater was constructed on-site as part of the project. Construction was on an active corporate campus adjacent to other new construction resulting in a tight project site and extensive coordination with many stakeholders.
