The main priority of this project was budget. After increasing square footage, the McCownGordon preconstruction team provided a thorough structural analysis to meet the district’s needs. Additionally, the volatile economic market required these analyses to be updated at each design iteration. Because of this, the project has remained within budget. Construction is taking place on an active campus, requiring the McCownGordon team to work closely with the owner to create a sequencing and logistics plan to accommodate construction while minimizing disruption to the campus and neighbors.
