The first floor is primarily dedicated to radiology and imaging. It includes multiple MRIs, a CT, nuclear medicine, radiology/fluoroscopy spaces, ultrasound rooms, bone density analysis space and stereo mammography capabilities. The associated support areas include waiting rooms, medical record areas and break rooms. The second floor houses a call center, expanded break room, offices and storage space. The interiors of half of the second floor and all of the third floor were left vacant for future medical tenants.
The building’s structure is a composite structural steel frame and roof joists. A combination of brick, window wall, storefront and metal wall panels make up the facade. The interior includes high-end finishes throughout with a class A lobby space greeting patrons.
A great deal of the project’s scope included the coordination of major medical equipment and FF&E. Our team prepared for the procurement, delivery and installation of these major pieces in the preconstruction phase ensuring the project was completed on budget and on schedule.
